The key to life is not just to extend it, but while we are alive to be able to live a healthy, vibrant, fulfilling life where we can be present, active, sharp  and enjoy our time with loved ones for as long as possible. By adopting a holistic approach that balances physical, mental, and emotional health, you can significantly enhance your overall quality of life.The science is out there: a 2022 study published in PLOS Medicine found that adopting a healthier diet could increase life expectancy by up to 13 years for young adults and 7-10 years for middle-aged individuals.​I have been in the wellness industry for over 10 years and my deepest passion is to teach everyone that by tapping into their inner intuition, by living in sink with nature, by regulating their circadian rhythm and by embodying a healthy lifestyle, they can add many years to their lives , while feeling happy and vibrant along the way. In all these years I have witnessed over again how people who step into their power, gain back their health and manage to live a vibrant life. I teach people that wellness is a journey, not a destination, and my goal is to support anyone in thriving at every step of the way.As a certified  Holistic Wellness and Nutrition Coach, I combine evidence-based practices with practical strategies to help clients achieve sustainable health outcomes. I love to engage in workshops, personalized coaching, fertility wellness and community initiatives that inspire lasting change.Whether designing tailored wellness programs, leading mindfulness seminars, or contributing to health-focused publications, I love to bring a dynamic and empathetic approach to promoting a balanced, vibrant lifestyle. Together, we’ll explore the profound connection between sleep and the circadian rhythm, nutrition, movement, stress management, breathwork, mindfulness, relationships, and career—understanding how they all come together in harmony like a beautiful symphony. You’ll learn simple, practical steps to integrate these insights into your daily life and achieve your wellness goals.  Throughout the workshop, we’ll savor organic teas and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and uplifting environment. We’ll conclude with a closing meditation to solidify your learnings, leaving you feeling refreshed, empowered, and inspired.
